I have gone to the west Kendall location many times and since I moved I decided to make this inari my usual place. in all honesty not only the customer service is not the best, the sushi is no where near as good as the west Kendall location. My sister, mom and I always get the salmon delight and trust me that it the complete OPPOSITE of delight. the roll comes with crab, asparagus and avocado wrapped with raw salmon and this white sauce. The crab tasted like imitation crab ( the cheap kind) and the salmon was NOT fresh. I loved this place but I'm not sure what happened
I placed an order at 9:15pm on Jan 10 through postmates. It said on the app that the restaurant will only accept orders until 9:30pm so i was able to place it on time. I even got en email confirmation that they got the order and were going to start preparing it. Can't really guess how it works but i figure that postmates or uber eats get their confirmations by the restaurants as they go. So i know for sure they got the order on time. Throughout the waiting time i saw on the app that the restaurant was "preparing our order". Around 10:12pm the order was assigned to a driver, who went to pick it up. I got a phone call at 10:32pm, over an hour later from a restaurant staff telling me that i should cancel the order because they just got it, which i know was just bull crap. They probably just forgot to do the order or simply didn't even look at it for God knows what reason until the very moment the driver arrived and obviously there was no food ready for her. I have never bought food to go from this place or let alone visit them to dine in. But with this experience of lack of communication, customer service and care i most definitely will NEVER spend my money in this place.
DO NOT ORDER ON GRUBHUB! I do not understand why you offer delivery if you will not even answer the phone. So unprofessional. Have eaten here several times but will not be coming back because of how unprofessional it is to not answer the phone. Waited 2 hours for nothing. No matter how good the sushi is, the fact that they offer delivery when they clearly do not have the capacity is ridiculous. They should not offer delivery if they do not enough staff to provide the service in a reasonable amount of time. I am disappointed because I always want to support local businesses, but this is just unacceptable.
