Pedro Gonzalez always had a passion for cooking. He first studied culinary arts in his country of birth Cuba. He then moved to Miami and continuing his studies in Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. With an ongoing curiosity for exploring new flavors and styles of cooking, he worked in several restaurants across the city ranging from Cuban to Italian cuisine.

It wasn’t until he learned about the art of sushi making that he felt truly at home. After having worked in several sushi restaurants he has mastered this unique cuisine and has gone above and beyond by also pursuing the Nikkei Cuisine which is the Japanese-Peruvian sushi fusion.
